1st Choice Healthcare (1st Choice Healthcare) with clinic locations in Corning, Pocahontas, Walnut Ridge, and Ash Flat, has earned a Gold Award in the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care’s annual Quality Awards program.

The Quality Awards are designed to recognize health care providers for their demonstrated commitment to quality improvement in the ambulatory care setting. The Gold Award is given to physician offices that meet or exceed the following award criteria: 1) Their practice care delivery system design supports population and care management methods; 2) They are currently participating in at least one quality reporting initiative; 3) They have demonstrated improvement in nationally recognized clinical quality measures.

AFMC presented the award at a luncheon held April 4 as part of its annual Quality Conference in Little Rock.

AFMC congratulates 1st Choice Healthcare on its commitment to high-quality health care for the citizens of Arkansas.
