1st Choice Healthcare is accepting applications for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Physician Assistant (PA) for our Ash Flat clinic.
The position would include:
- Patient care
- Charting through an EMR system
- Basic case management of the patient population
- Prescriptive authority
- Provide follow-up care to patients
- Referrals and laboratory results
- Create care plans for complex patients
- Work as a member of a complete health team
- All other quality control measures per 1st Choice Quality Insurance Plan
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required
- Other duties assigned
